rice recipe vegan mixed bean chilli with barenaked rice
Serves 2Vegan
Put mixed beans in tomato sauce into saucepan and cook for 4 mins on medium heat.
Add canned sweet corn.
Add 1 tbsp chilli powder or more or less depending on how hot you like it!
Cook barenaked rice as per cooking instructions.
Arrange cooked rice on plate. Add mixed bean chilli. Garnish with grated vegan cheese.
